Common area on 3rd floor not clean and ice/water dispenser not working. Internet very slow

I have traveled to 6 continents, and this may be the best hotel I've stayed in. The attention to detail was impressive. Housekeeping did an excellent job. I had a great view of Boston Harbor from my room. It was magnificent. On the other hand, there were a couple of minor glitches. For example, both telephones in the room had connection problems with a crackling sound whenever you made a call. I notified the front desk of that situation and the man answering the phone said he would "take note", but it was never resolved. I also dined a few times in the hotel's Rowes Wharf Sea Grille. On one occasion, I requested a cocktail menu from my waitress while I went to the restroom. When I returned to my table a few minutes later, my table was already cleared and there was no drink menu on the table. I waited for a while. Sometimes when I tried to speak with someone from the staff while they were walking past me, I was ignored. Finally, I just went to the restaurant's front desk and told them I never received a bill. I also ordered room service on 2 occasions. I didn't like the very plain grilled cheese sandwich, and the fried exotic mushrooms were not what I expected. Overall, the Boston Harbor Hotel was very good.

Stayed here over the Fourth of July weekend. The hotel is well-maintained very clean getting to it is very easy. No complaints at all. Only thing I would caution other travelers about as it is $60 a night for valet parking and you’re parked about a block and a half away also, $40 and some change per day for an “urban fee” which not sure what that consisted of. Overall amazing stay would definitely stay there again.
