"I have never stayed at this hyatt but given that is less than ablock from 49ers stadium it is always booked full during football season. This weekend the game was played out of town and there was only a small conference the hotel was relatively empty. Because of that i was upgraded to the highest floor 14th and had an outstanding view. The staff was exceptional and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable it is a bit worn but shower was hot and bed was comfortable. The only issue was TV signal was weak and reception was spotting at times. I will be back again."

"I had a great experience at this hotel while dropping my daughter off at San Jose State. Hugo checked me in and was very polite and professional, which made the process smooth and welcoming. The hotel has everything you need convenient parking, a nice rooftop area, and a solid breakfast to start the day. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we’ll definitely be back!"
