"Staff was friendly, room was clean. We rented 2 rooms but could not figure out how to call between rooms. No button or instructions on the phone. Called the front desk, they didnt know how to call between rooms. They tried to connect me but it didnt work. We were trying to reach the other room because the wake up calls we left for 5 a.m. didn't happen."

"This is one of the best hotel stays I've had in a long long time anywhere. Excellent staff. Excellent venue. Clean. New. Easy access to everything. Quick check in. Easy parking. The room was spacious. The shower was exactly like I like it, no curtain, step in without a bath tub, just glass and wide. It is easily one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had in the Bay Area and even internationally."

It was an incredible find and it was an accidental find. Our room was right on the water absolutely beautiful. Quick Uber ride to the San Francisco Airport I highly recommend this place I Left My heart in San Francisco"
