Super clean and conveniently located, a nice warm welcome on arrival , well appointed apartment and surprisingly quiet considering it was over looking a busy street , I would definitely stay again

Was upgraded from a superior room to superior apartment with balcony which was amazing - the apartment was like a show home but very easy to settle into, very comfortable and beautifully presented. Reception was a bit lackadaisical but helpfully switched us from twins to a double bed room. No help with the luggage through many doors & up steps to our room. The room decor was dated, a bit dark & in need of updating. The mattress needs replacing.
