The 1st floor holiday apartment benefits from a scenic mountain-view balcony, alongside an inviting open plan layout for 6. The welcoming living room with wall-mounted flat screen TV and 2 single sofa beds feature alongside a spacious family kitchen diner. An equally well-proportioned double bedroom is accompanied by a 2nd twin joinable bedroom, a family bathroom suite and an extra shower room with washing machine.

From its convenient setting, guests can easily ski-in from the surrounding slopes. A private parking space is provided next to the 2-storey residence.

The chalet residence is situated along ‘Via Domenion’ in Livigno; placing guests within convenient reach of the slopes just opposite. In fact, after a day on the slopes, it is also possible to arrive on skis directly at the front of the residence! The ski school with mini lift and small nearby supermarket are both within 5 minutes’ drive away.

The year-round Italian Alps resort of Livigno boasts an extensive range of restaurants, cafes and bars to complement a self-catering holiday, alongside live music venues and tax-free shopping opportunities. Offering a strong family-friendly appeal, the Livigno also offers a host of leisure pursuits and activities for all age groups to enjoy.
