Please note there is an internal staircase between the living room and the bedroom (please exercise extra caution if travelling with children). <br><br><br><br>The layout is as follows: <br><br>- LIVING ROOM with sofa, TV, and split A/C; <br><br>- KITCHEN with gas stove (4 burners), refrigerator, moka pot, kettle, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, and dining table; <br><br>- BEDROOM I with a double bed and closet; <br><br>- BEDROOM II (loft) with two single beds and a closet; <br><br>- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, toilet, and washing machine/dryer. <br><br><br><br>ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, split-system air conditioning (in the living room ONLY), clothesline, hair dryer, and iron.<br><br><br><br>Guest access <br><br>The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.<br><br><br><br>We are very flexible and will be happy to arrange early check-in or late check-out, if possible, provided there are no other guests checking out or checking in. Any requests can only be confirmed the day before arrival.<br><br><br><br>Other details to note: <br><br>.
