The beautiful Villa Luces is located in Jadreški, a popular residential and tourist area, ideal for those wanting to escape the bustle of larger cities and enjoy the unspoilt Istrian nature. Jadreški is located only 8km from Pula, simultaneously providing an escape from everyday life and a closeness to restaurants, bars and various sports activities. If you are looking for a place where you can indulge in a week of true relaxation and enjoy the crystal-clear waters and rocky beaches of the Adriatic Sea, you have found the right place for your holiday.



Villa Luces offers exclusive accommodation ideal for families or groups of friends. It is comfortably decorated and will make you feel like home. The size of this beautiful Villa is 180m2 and it spreads over 700m2 of terrain. The villa consists of six comfortably decorated bedrooms. Four bedrooms are equipped with double beds, one with three single beds and one with a single bed. The bedrooms are spacious, airy and bright. and there are three comfortable bathrooms at the guests' disposal. The Villa also has a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with a fireplace. The villa has an abundance of entertainment content - a game room equipped with table football, billiards, electronic darts, PlayStation 3 console and a treadmill.



The outdoor space is equipped with barbecue facilities and an outdoor dining area, where the guests can enjoy freshly prepared meals with their family and friends. The villa also has a beautiful swimming pool (25m2), surrounded by sun-loungers. The children will enjoy spending their time outside on the small playground equipped with swings and seesaws. With its diverse content, villa Luces will suit your every need!
