Welcome to an authentic Istrian stone villa, located in a quiet village not far from the sea. This carefully renovated 19th century villa combines the rustic charm of tradition with the comforts of modern life. The villa exudes warmth, stone walls and 95% natural materials in which real Istrian wood and genuine Istrian stone were used. For complete enjoyment, a new and contemporary design 46 m2 swimming pool is available. The villa was completely renovated in 2025 down to the smallest detail and features a courtyard with a private swimming pool, a sundeck with deck chairs, a barbecue and an indigenous garden with vegetables and Mediterranean herbs. The villa ensures complete peace without noise and crowds in the surroundings of forests and untouched nature.
