This impressive luxury villa Rosarol is located close to the sea in the town of Liznjan, not far from Medulin and Pula. The air-conditioned villa offers accommodation for up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. Its modern and luxurious design will satisfy even the most demanding guests. In front of the villa is the exclusive outdoor area with a private hydromassage pool, sun loungers and a covered terrace with a barbecue and dining table. On the ground floor you will find a living room with (access to the outside area) with a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a bedroom with its own bathroom. The interior staircase of the villa takes you to the 1st floor, where you will find 3 more fully equipped bedrooms with TV, air conditioning and private bathroom. The villa also offers a beautiful sea view that you can enjoy from the terrace.
