Beautiful house in calm location

My family and our dogs enjoyed our holidays in Villa Sandra so much! The house was clean and tidied up. We had there everything we needed for the 2 weeks with our little children. We got enough towels and fresh laundry for the beds after 1 week. The house owners were so kind and courteous.

Schöner Urlaub in der Nebensaison

Sehr nettes Ferienhaus und freundlicher Service der EigentĂŒmer. Schöner Garten mit Pool. Angenehme Temperaturen im Oktober, auch wenn der Pool schon recht kalt war. Betten teils hart und kurze Decken. Viele Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung von Pula fĂŒr Unternehmungen.

Erholsam und perfekt mit Vierbeiner

Es waren wunderschöne zwei Wochen in der Villa. Goran kĂŒmmert sich regelmĂ€ĂŸig um den pool. Der Garten war perfekt fĂŒr unseren hund. Die KĂŒche ist top ausgestattet. Kommunikation mit Goran ist einfach und unkompliziert.

Super Haus mit tollem Pool

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und um das Wohlergehen der GĂ€ste bemĂŒht. Der Empfang war sehr nett und alle nötigen Informationen werden gegeben. Eine Kontaktmöglichkeit und schnelle Hilfe vor Ort ist jederzeit gegeben. Das Haus ist ein Traum und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Der Garten war fĂŒr unseren Hund ideal. Wir haben es uns tĂ€glich am sehr gepflegten Pool gut gehen lassen. Liznjan ist ein eher ruhiger Ort, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Wer einen Hotspot möchte, sollte 5 km weiter westlich nach Medulin fahren. Vielen Dank an Goran und Sandra! Wir kommen gern wieder.

Maison agréable

Maison agréable et bien aménagée avec une jolie piscine, transats confortables et un barbecue pour faire de bons repas. La clim fonctionne parfaitement dans toutes les piÚces, parfait pour les nuits. Petit village trÚs tranquille avec un petit Market bien achalandé et une boulangerie. Les jolies plages sont Vela Draga à 10 min en voiture car chemin caillouteux(2,7km). Il nous a juste manqué une nappe de cuisine et un peu de materiel de plage comme parasol, tapis de plage par exemple.

Wunderschön und Empfehlenswert

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Goran wirklich sehr genossen. Das Objekt ist mit Liebe gestaltet und lĂ€sst kaum WĂŒnsche offen. Die KĂŒche ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Im Wohn- sowie in beiden Schlafzimmern ist je eine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Der Pool ist groß und absolut sauber. Wir können das Objekt auf jeden Fall nur weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Haus, ruhig, nette Vermieter

Toller Urlaub. Das Haus ist klasse. Besonders der Pool und der Unterstand mit den Rattanmöbeön. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden und noch mehr. In der Umgebung BĂ€cker, kleine LĂ€den und Restaurants. Top Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem Dorf sehr ruhig gelegen, aber nicht weit von verschiedenen Restaurants und einem kleinen Einkaufsladen entfernt. Auch der kleine Hafen mit Bademöglichkeiten ist nicht weit weg. Wir wurden sehr nett von den Vermietern persönlich begrĂŒĂŸt und durch das Haus gefĂŒhrt. Das Haus ist fĂŒr ein Ferienhaus sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und bietet viel Platz. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefĂŒhlt und einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub genossen.

Wundervolles Ferienhaus

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Sandra war hervorragend. Wir haben dort 2 schöne enstpannte Wochen verbracht. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man fĂŒr den tĂ€glichen Bedarf braucht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir wĂŒrden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen!

Wundervoller Aufenthalt

+ insgesamt ein perfekter Aufenthalt + Goran und Sandra sind tolle Gastgeber + super Hundefreundlich + fĂŒr uns perfekte Lage + Haus ruhig gelegen, zu Fuß ist man in 25 Minuten in Medulin - hier gibt es viele LokalitĂ€ten, Bars und Restaurants + innerhalb von 20 Gehminuten erreicht man viele tolle Buchten, bis auf wenige Ausnahmen kann man ĂŒberall mit hunden gemeinsam schwimmen - einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: Klima im Schlafzimmer anbringen, es war nachts sehr heiß Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr genossen und hoffen nĂ€chstes Jahr wieder hier Urlaub machen zu können! Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Sehr nette Vermieter. Ordentliche Ausstattung. Großer wunderschöner Garten mit großem gepflegten Pool. Einkaufen im Ort in zwei LĂ€den die in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Verschiedene StrĂ€nde in 15 bis 20 Minuten. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Wunderbares ferienhaus mit pool(nachts beleuchtet), ĂŒberdachtem essbereich im freien, voll ausgestatteter kĂŒche (von zitronenpressen ĂŒber kĂ€sereiben, sandwichmaker, handrĂŒhrgerĂ€t bis hin zum schnitzelklopfer), unzĂ€hligen deutschen fernsehsendern, zwei bis drei parkplĂ€tzen, alles von einem mĂ€uerchen umgeben fĂŒr die nötige privatsphĂ€re. Vielen dank an Goran, der sich um alles kĂŒmmert, zweimal die woche den pool sĂ€ubert und fĂŒr alle extrawĂŒnsche oder evtl. Auftretende probleme ein offenes ohr und bisher immer eine lösung parat hatte! Der kontakt ĂŒber whatsapp macht alles sehr einfach Auch die lage ĂŒberzeugt, nur ca. 7 autominuten zum nĂ€chsten supermarkt und der nĂ€chste strand ist auch nicht fern

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr modern und vollstĂ€ndig ausgestattet. Internet 40 MBit im Download und das konstant. Klimaanlage sehr komfortabel! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Super Erholung

Wir wurden super Empfangen von den Vermietern, alles sauber und vorhanden wie beschrieben. Pool sehr sauber und grĂ¶ĂŸer als erwartet. Ausreichend HandtĂŒcher und GrundstĂŒck perfekt fĂŒr Hunde da es eingezĂ€unt war. Gute NĂ€he zum BĂ€cker und Supermarkt. Strand lieber mit Auto. Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Das Ferienhaus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und jeweils eigenem Bad, einem dritten WC sowie einem großen Wohn- und Essbereich. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird, z.B. Klimaanlage, voll ausgestattete KĂŒche, Geschirr- und HandtĂŒcher, Waschmaschine etc. Die Außenanlagen sind toll gemacht, neben dem Pool haben uns noch der ĂŒberdachte Freisitz und die schöne Bepflanzung besonders gefallen. Wir sind von Sandra und Goran sehr nett empfangen worden, haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und einen sehr schönen und entspannten Urlaub verbracht. Vielen Dank dafĂŒr.

Lovely, well-equipped villa and friendly hosts

The villa itself is modern and comfortable - and well equipped eg decent kitchen equipment, which a lot of similar places don’t have. It means you can properly cook at home rather than just doing snacks. You might need to, as the village is very limited - we found only 2 restaurants and both of them needed to be booked in advance, even in low-ish season (September). If you don’t mind driving you’ll have lots of options as it’s close to Pula and Medulin. I’d say you definitely need a car unless you’re happy to stay by the pool all day. The pool is unheated and was fairly freezing (!) in September but ok once you’re in. I think it would be good to specify that in case that’s a deal breaker. The hosts met us for check-in and were friendly and kind about our late arrival due to getting lost, and patiently showed us around. We didn’t need to contact them during our stay, but I’m sure they would have been willing and available if we’d needed them. I think this would be a great place to hang out as a family or group of friends. We were only 2 and the villa was very spacious for us. Overall, I’d definitely recommend.

Perfektes Urlaubsdomizil

Im Haus ist alles was man braucht, man muss fast nichts mitnehmen. KĂŒche ist komplett eingerichtet, Kaffeefilter, SpĂŒli, sogar EiswĂŒrfel... alles vorhanden. Auch ansonsten: HandtĂŒcher, BettwĂ€sche, Toilettenpapier, Schnaps :),... Das GrundstĂŒck ist komplett eingezĂ€unt, man kann prima mit Hunden reisen. Der Pool ist wunderbar und abends beleuchtet! Die Vermieter Goran und Sandra sind supernett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen Fahrradplatten und 15 Minuten spĂ€ter brachte der Vermieter und ein Reparaturset! Wir waren schon das zweite mal dort und ich kann es nur guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Mit dem Rad sind es ca. 10 Minuten bis zur Medulin Hafenmeile. FußlĂ€ufig sind in Liznjan nicht so viele Restaurants.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit Pool

Positiv: Klimaanlage, sehr sauberer Pool, großes abgeschlosssenes GrundstĂŒck, mehrere Parkmöglichkeiten, gute KĂŒchenausstattung, wenig befahrene Nebenstraße, schöne Einrichtung, gerĂ€umige Zimmer, Babybett, BĂ€cker sowie tĂ€gliche Versorgung und Restaurants fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Besitzer Negativ: laute Musik bis in die Morgenstunden von wechselnden UrlaubsgĂ€sten des benachbarten Doppelhauses, mit kleinen Kindern ist empfehlenswert das Auto zum Strand zu benutzen, da zum Teil kein Gehweg entlang der Hauptstraße vorhanden ist
