Having arrived at the end of season, I was pleasantly surprised to get an upgrade from a standard room to a superior room with a sea view. The breakfast buffet included in the room price was a generous spread.
My overall rating is only four stars as it service was let down by a few infuriating matters - reception could not provide pool towels only elderly bath towels (with holes), and the room service team failed to give any time to answer before barging in at 8.00am while I was still in the bathroom!

When we arrived we had some payment issues with the taxi. The kind man at the front desk personally walked me to an ATM and when that ATM didn’t work he walked me to another one. Then walked us back to hotel and rolling our bags with him. He was as very gracious and we appreciated his help very much. ...
