A lovely stay.
A lovely stay. Rural location, great for a quiet time away. There are plenty of animals around, it was like staying at a farm park without the noise. The owners are also lovely and gave us plenty of privacy.

Ty Newydd lives up to its description as a cosy cottage.
Ty Newydd lives up to its description as a cosy cottage. The location is perfect nestled in the welsh countryside. Blissfully quiet other than the birds and to get to see and hear the fabulous Red Kites was magically.
The local pub does delicious home cooked food, we eat there four times!
Andrew, Karen and the girls were lovely, attentive but allow you privacy too. Our dogs thoroughly enjoyed the freedom to wander within the gardens. Perfect ! Loved it !

A 3week stay I would say is to long, there seemed to be a problem with using the washing machine and drier, the bed and towels were only sorted after we asked, and it should be done as a matter of course and was only done once, we had trouble with their dog who always went for our Dog who is also bad with other dogs, But was always on a lead so was not able to attack, their dog was never on a lead so was able to bite ours they tried their best to keep them apart but that made us feel like we were causing them trouble.
