"The location of this apartment is excellent and it's a great option if you're travelling with a dog, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, our stay was let down by several housekeeping issues. When we arrived, there were IKEA bags containing previous guests' dirty towels left in the hallway, which should have been removed before our arrival. "We originally booked a stay but found out that the room not suitable because of stairs access. The hotel offered a suitable room but had to change dates this we did. They were very helpful. We booked the fine dinning for our first night really well worth it as a special treat. The remainder of the stay dined in the pub which is part of the hotel the food is and presentation very good. Would definitely recommend a stay here"
