"This is not a property for senior citizens. The stairway upstairs is treacherously steep, and the steps are very skinny with a lip at the corner. That is a major trip and fall situation. The handrail is too low and is not long enough to reach both ends of the staircase. There is a concrete Step down from the driveway to the front stoop that is not visible and is very dangerous. One of my friends was locked in the upstairs bathroom twice because the door sticks. It took us a full 24 hours to get a response from the property manager on how to get the door to lock from the outside when we were leaving. The weather stripping prevents the door from closing all the way so you have to pull real hard to get the deadbolt to actually go through the opening. And you can’t go out the back door to lock and lock it to go out because the quickset lock does not work. We didn’t feel very secure, leaving our belongings in an unlocked house. But we did it anyway because we were there for an event."
