A lovely modern 3 bedroom house situated in the town of Llanrwst nestled within a beautiful part of North Wales and the perfect base for exploring the beautiful scenic snowdonia mountain range. The house is perfectly situated within walking distance to the centre of the town itself where you will find a variety of local shops, cafes, pubs and a co-op supermarket.

This property has private parking on the driveway for 1 vehicle and also has on street parking for one vehicle in front of the property. Located on a nice quiet residential street.
