The Royal Oak Hotel, Welshpool, Mid Wales
Best bed for us on this trip. Also only host to provide a shower cap. A room on the other side of the building would have been excellent but unfortunately we were assigned a room next to the Main Street and had a sleepless night due to the traffic noise.

The Talbot Hotel
Friendly staff providing an excellent welcome. Room was of a high standard & clean. Good choice of evening meal & superb breakfast. Overall an enjoyable visit.

A Peaceful Hilltop Getaway in the Shropshire Hills
Excellent stay. Trevor met us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome. The hut was super cosy and amazingly clean. We had everything we needed for an offthe beaten track stay. Trevor even booked a table at a local pub and arranged a bottle of fizz for us at my request for my other halfs birthday. ...

Long Mountain Centre
The cabin was warm and comfortable It was well equiped. The road getting to it was narrow but manageable with care. The road surface was good. The view from the front was amazing. We enjoyed our stay very much.
