"We had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and a huge part of that was down to the brilliant staff. Everyone was incredibly polite, friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special mention must go to the doorman, particularly the smaller gentleman, who was always so pleasant and helpful. His warm welcome and friendly manner really stood out and made us feel looked after from the moment we arrived. The bellboy (tall young man)was equally fantastic — professional, courteous, and always ready to assist whenever needed. The reception guy was also excellent, handling everything with a smile and making us feel genuinely welcome when we booked in. I would also like to praise the housekeeping team. They did a wonderful job . Overall, the staff are a real credit to the hotel. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. Brilliant service from a brilliant team — thank you all!"

"This is an exceptional hostel. We rented a family room and it was so comfortable and excellent for a group of five adults traveling together. The shared spaces are well designed and the building is both beautiful and centrally located - easy to get to from the airport by transit."

"This hotel exceeded every expectation. The luxury and attention to detail were outstanding from the moment we arrived. The service was exceptional—they didn’t just take great care of us, they treated our friends like honored guests as well, making everyone feel genuinely welcome. The architecture is unique and full of character, giving the hotel a distinctive charm that’s hard to find. Our room was gorgeous, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. My favorite feature was the amazing old-school enameled jet bathtub—a perfect blend of vintage style and modern comfort that made for a wonderfully relaxing experience. If you’re looking for a luxurious stay with impeccable hospitality and memorable design, I highly recommend this hotel."

"This hotel was perfect for two girls. There was plenty of closet space & bathroom space. The AC would remain on throughout the day so your room would be cool when you returned after a long day in the heat, which was nice. The staff was super helpful and responded quickly. Having a room service available was great for the one afternoon nap that went straight through dinner. I would definitely stay here again."
