"What a fantastic property! Having never been to Barcelona before, we were “green” as to where to stay. The Gràcia quarter was amazing and this hotel is at the heart of it all. Located right next to a central square full of shops and restaurants, the area comes alive in the late afternoon in to the evening. Families out just living life! "This stay was worth every penny. Beds and mattresses a 10. Room Service a 9. Staff was great and spoke English. Property was beautiful. We ate meals on the nearby blvd with a lot of choices. Had a bit of a problem with internet access AND no English language channels on the tv..but if you spoke Russian there was one channel available."
"The rooms were expected to be ready by 3:00. However, of our 4 rooms, one was not ready until after 4:00. Not a big deal usually except we had been traveling overseas and were needing to get some rest. The doorman was very friendly and helpful with information about the area. Staff was very pleasant."
