"A pleasant, clean and modern, small hotel downtown. The service was exceptional - they went out of the way to ensure that my wife's dietary needs were met with a wide range of selections. The front desk staff were especially helpful and we had good communication support before we arrived. We were only there for two nights, but would happily stay longer. Highly recommended."

"The windows wouldn't lock and I had to ask them TWICE to fix it because they didn't fix it properly the first time I told the staff. Also, the washing machine broke and my stuff was stuck in the machine for a long period of time because the staff office opens at 10:00 AM and there is no phone number available for emergencies."

"Always kept very clean, staff is available 24/7 and very accommodating. Excellent location in Gracia. Room is simple and small but has everything you need. It's just enough for 2 people especially if you are out exploring for most of the day anyway. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay very much."
