"A pleasant, clean and modern, small hotel downtown. The service was exceptional - they went out of the way to ensure that my wife's dietary needs were met with a wide range of selections. The front desk staff were especially helpful and we had good communication support before we arrived. We were only there for two nights, but would happily stay longer. Highly recommended."

"The windows wouldn't lock and I had to ask them TWICE to fix it because they didn't fix it properly the first time I told the staff. Also, the washing machine broke and my stuff was stuck in the machine for a long period of time because the staff office opens at 10:00 AM and there is no phone number available for emergencies."

"Perfect hotel! Room was clean, and was cleaned every day, staff were so helpful and friendly and offered to store my luggage after checking out since my flight was late at night. The staff are all so friendly and absolutely amazingly helpful. The breakfast was nice too. The location is amazing, I was able to walk to Park Guell and Bunkers del Carmel super easily, and the metro was under a 10min walk away. The hotel is next to Line 4 (L4) which is such a convenient train line that takes you directly to the Gothic Quarter / El Born / the heart of the city. Felt so at home here! Am definitely thinking about booking to stay here again for next time."
