"The Tv and the washer werent working, I contacted the managment and they said they will send someone but didnt. I contacted them again and again and only got an apology. The check in process is terrible and very complicated. The location is so good and the apartment was clean."

"Firstly, the check-in instructions clearly stated that we would find the physical keys inside the apartment after accessing it using virtual keys, which required an internet connection. However, upon arrival, we did not find any physical keys inside the apartment. The property manager later confirmed that only virtual keys would be used for the entire stay.
