"We had a very comfortable room - the bed and pillows were amazing and we slept so well. Lovely staff and all very clean. The breakfast was excellent. We loved all the art around the hotel and it was great to have a small swimming pool on the roof top to dip in to. Only thing missing for me was tea or coffee making facilities in the bedroom. Great location in a safe neighbourhood. The metro is an 8 minute walk and there was a bus stop right outside too so good for public transport. "

"Front desk staff were attentive and friendly. They held our luggage for us when we arrived at 6:45 a.m. The breakfast buffet is an excellent value for €16 with allergens listed and many options for special dietary needs. The woman running the buffet even toasted gluten free bread for me in the kitchen, which was very accommodating. The hotel is great area with easy walking and public transport options around the city. The hotel is exceptionally clean and QUIET. The beds in our room for comfortable and we were able to control our temperature to stay cool during a hot and humid August night. The only improvement would be the quality of the pull out bed. This mattress is very thin and not suited for anyone other than a small child. I would absolutely stay here again. "

Every single staff member is incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely eager to help with anything I asked for. They truly work together as one perfectly coordinated team, always making sure every request is fulfilled quickly and with a smile. The hotel’s location is just perfect. Close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet. My room was spotlessly clean, with all amenities working flawlessly, plenty of hot and cold water, and modern electronic key access. There are multiple elevators, so there’s never a wait. The food? Absolutely delicious. Every meal was a pleasure. Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners were simply amazing, with an outstanding fusion of flavors. The sushi and Spanish cuisine were exceptional, and the menu offered an enormous variety to choose from. This hotel truly exceeded all my expectations. I have only the warmest and most pleasant memories of my stay here, and I highly, highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay. "
