"Great staff, comfortable room"

"Other than smaller than expected, our Triple 2 room was nicely updated. Liked the sturdy balcony window that open/shut easily, as the street was full of lively pedestrians 24/7 (happy we brought ear plugs). Nice bathroom fixtures and shower had good water pressure. Breakfast buffet had good selections. 3 decent size elevators. Helpful staff. "

"An excellent stay. Hotel is in a great location and within walking distance of many local attractions and restaurants. We originally had a classic room on the 5th floor however after one night we suffered a leak in our bathroom from the ceiling. The staff dealt with this situation admirably and immediately sent maintenance to inspect the problem before we were moved to a suite for the remainder of our stay. We could not fault the way this was handled. The rooms were very well equipped with all amenities and kept to a clean standard. It was also my birthday whilst staying and I returned to the room to find a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and chocolate desserts for my wife and I which was a very nice gesture. We would definitely return and recommend to others staying in Barcelona. "

"Pro: The location was very convenient which was close to Metro and Buses. The room was overside and clean. Staff were friendly. Con: It was a little noisy due to the signed room was on the first floor. it could be better if it was higher up."
