We were pretty lost as first time visitors to Barcelona. The staff called the tour company to rearrange our missed bus schedule and even help us to get a discount. Due to change of flights (caused by the US-Iran conflict), I had to move one day forward. They made it very easy and when I arrived, the staff were very helpful and professional.
