"Very nice villa!"

"The house is amazing. The garden and the pool create the perfect atmosphere for relaxing, laid-back days and evenings. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The kitchen has everything you need."

"Pros: Wow! Our time here was amazing! When we arrived we met the host, Joan, who was incredibly welcoming. He gave us a tour of the house and showed us how everything worked, as well as giving us tips about things to do in Mallorca. The house itself was wonderful. It is so well decorated and had everything that we needed during our stay. The outdoor space was amazing as well. We loved using the pool to cool down after a hot day exploring the island. The BBQ area was great to have as well. The...

"Beautiful place, superbly well equipped and located in tranquil surroundings in the centre of the island, an ideal base of operations for exploring the whole of Mallorca or simply chilling by the pool and drinking in the views. Caterina, the host, was lovely and went out of her way to make our stay perfect. Thank you so much - we’ll be back!!."

"Very excellent place. We will surely go back there"

"We went here for a girls trip and loved everything about this place !! Definitely recommend"

"nice stay !"

"Amazing and beautiful villa - huge space with comfortable rooms, fantastic views from the terraces and a lovely pool. Host was very friendly and helpful. It’s really well located in the centre of the island - peaceful but close to village with shops etc and easy to get to everywhere. We had a fabulous week."

"Pros: Wir waren zu acht da (4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder). Die wunderschöne Finca war mit allem möglichem ausgestattet und es fehlte an absolut nichts. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und der Ansprechperson vor Ort war sehr angenehm. Wir empfehlen diese Finca zu 100% weiter."

"Paco and Conchi welcomed us like kings, they prepared a dinner with beverages when we arrived and showed us around. The finca is surrounded by many fruit trees and a beautiful garden. It is situated in the middle of the island with easy access to everything like hospital, supermarket, Palma... We will probably book the finca again because we were very content."

"Excellent ! Très belle maison, très propre, très fonctionnelle. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins. On reviendra ! "

"Pros: Hanging around the pool enjoying the sun!"

"Beautiful, scenic Villa. Excellent facilities including pool. Large rooms and many bathrooms. Excellent Location - just off the main highway Ma-13 so easy to access and only a 2/3 minute drive to the town of Inca. Villa located in the middle of the island so perfect for exploring all corners and only a 30 min drive to the main town of Palma. Best place we have stayed in Majorca. will definitely book again!"

"The hostess was very charming and helpful. The barbecue area with large shaded tables and chairs plus the immaculate 2 m deep pool were great for hosting a small dinner party. No house or farm within sight or hearing -exclusive countryside privacy. We disagree with an earlier review about the ants: own fault! If food, even bread crumbs, drops from a drink are left not cleaned, the ants will come within hours. Up to guests alone to keep house and outside barbecue area well-cleaned. We had no...

"Pros: Viel Platz und sehr schön eingerichtet, eigener Parkplatz, sehr ruhige Lage, Lädt ein die ganze Insel zu bereisen, sehr schöne außenanlage, Cons: Küche ist sehr Spartanisch ausgestattet, das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen"

"The villa could be a treasure for its place, its pool and conception. However we had many issues in it. Keylocker gave us keys with one key broken in the door. Then the swimming pool was not clean and even if we talked with homerti immediately about it we needed to wait 5 days to have it cleaned. A shame when the rent is only for 7 days. Homerti only make the motors run for 8h per day which is not enough for a pool during august! And no refund proposed by them!"

"A lovely home perfect for family vacations, a well placed property with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing Vacation, lots of space and very well equipped, a big thank you to the property owners."

"The perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. 5 minutes from Llucmajor for groceries or restaurants. The pool and outdoor patio is where we spent most of our time. Check-in and check-out were easy and they provided lots of little gifts of food, beer, and wine on arrival."

"Great host and an exceptional villa."
