"The villa could be a treasure for its place, its pool and conception. However we had many issues in it. Keylocker gave us keys with one key broken in the door. Then the swimming pool was not clean and even if we talked with homerti immediately about it we needed to wait 5 days to have it cleaned. A shame when the rent is only for 7 days. Homerti only make the motors run for 8h per day which is not enough for a pool during august! And no refund proposed by them!"

"The house is situated in Sencelles, a small village in the center of Mallorca. The neighborhood is very pretty and calm and its location makes it easy to reach most of the beaches in the island. "I had a fantastic stay at Grupotel Marítimo and honestly couldn’t be happier with my choice. I’m so glad I booked this hotel! Location: The location is excellent. You can take a bus directly from the airport and the bus stop is only about a 3-minute walk from the hotel. The beautiful beach is also just a few minutes away on foot, making it perfect for a relaxing holiday. Room & Cleanliness: My room was very spacious, including the bathroom and I had a beautiful view of the pool from my balcony. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, well maintained and incredibly spacious. There was plenty of room in the lobby and throughout the hotel to sit,relax and enjoy yourself. Food: I stayed on a half-board basis and both breakfast and dinner were amazing.There was a huge variety of food to choose from with plenty of options. The quality and selection made it excellent value for money. Staff & Service: All the staff were extremely nice and welcoming. One thing that really impressed me was the service after checkout. I had an evening flight, so I spent the day enjoying the beautiful sunshine at the beach rather than missing out on such a lovely day. When I returned to collect my luggage, the hotel kindly provided me with a towel and allowed me to have a shower so I could freshen up before my journey. I really appreciated this thoughtful gesture. Perfect hotel for a relaxing beach holiday with delicious food and excellent service. Huge thanks to all the lovely staff. Highly recommend!❤️"

"We had a fabulous stay at HM Palma Blanc Hotel & would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a base in Palma. We stayed for our wedding anniversary & had just one night but an early flight out then a late flight home the following day. When we arrived, we were able to use all of the facilities immediately even though our room wasn’t quite ready (which we weren’t expecting it to be so this wasn’t a problem). We left our luggage with the concierge & changed in the spa (which looked fab, but we didn’t use it this trip). The rooftop pool was amazing & the loungers & daybeds were really comfy. Drinks at the bar up there were reasonably priced too. We spent time exploring the city & this hotel is in a great location - it’s only 15 minutes or so to the Cathedral & close to the popular tourist sites. All of the staff we encountered were friendly & helpful, the room was lovely & I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palma."
