"Had a wonderful stay, can’t understand the star rating. Staff were super helpful and attentive, room had everything needed and was very clean. Pool was nice enough - not the biggest pool but fine for us. Location was great, shops nearby and beach so close to- easy to navigate. Breakfast was also really lovely and fresh"

"Pros: The bed had clean sheets. AC was decent. And staff was nice. Cons: the street is very noisy and the rooms are not isolated for sound. I’m a heavy sleeper but I was waking up during the night due to yelling on the street, music, and loud cars. Also, the rooms was not cleaned. There was hair on the floor, a piece of gum, and along the walls was filled with dust. I’m not at all picky and I was not expecting anything special. But I would have loved a quieter room and for that reason I will probably not be coming back."

"Can be noisy but when we stayed this wasn't too much of an issue and the staff seemed to be on top of any unruly behaviour. Our stay was good until the last night. We had a couple of drinks in the pizzeria/bar. The second glass of wine was poured in front of me. I wasn't asked if I wanted large or small and the glass poured certainly wasn't twice the size of my first glass, however when it came to paying the bill I was charged for 3 glasses of wine when I had 2. I queried this and was told that was because the second glass was larger so they charged me for an extra glass. This wasn't requested by me or asked if I wanted this. I paid for the 3 glasses but I didn't like the underhand way this was done and it left me feeling conned. Be careful when using this bar."

"Its ok for the price. Friendly staff, air conditioning worked etc. Its a little dated but not bad. Pool area is nice. My only negative was the mattress, it was pretty uncomfortable, 'sagging'. For that reason I couldn't have stayed longer. Other rooms mattresses might be ok though"

"Un très bon hôtel pour un séjour proche de Palma. Le rapport qualité prix est très raisonnable. Le personnel est très agréable et l’hôtel en lui même est très beau. Le brunch le matin est assez diversifié tous les jours ce qui est agréable. Je conseille fortement cet hôtel ! Par contre il est quasi nécessaire de louer une voiture dans ce coin là puisque l’emplacement n’est pas très dynamique."
