"Arrived late after a storm. Was given the worst room. Asked reception could he change. He declined. I thought he just couldn’t be bothered. Neighbours were banging on the wall since 2300, complaining about noise. Reception promised that I could upgrade to a better room in the morning, but that didn’t happen. Dealt with Yvonne on day 2, who was excellent. Upgraded on the last day. Room was so much better, but no stopper for bath, I had to use a glass so I could fill the bath. The area is artful, dated, low class and dirty"
