Located in the residential area of Loano, in the heart of the Riviera di Ponente, immersed in the greenery of gardens and flowered paths, 1800 m from the sea and the centre, it is one of the most welcoming and well-equipped facilities in Liguria. Comfortable and with areas reserved for children, it has 3 outdoor swimming pools and a large solarium equipped with sun loungers and sun umbrellas for those who want to relax under the sun. The village's excellent restaurants offer Ligurian cuisine and specialities of regional Italian and international cuisine. Guests can relax on the tennis, five-a-side football and beach volleyball courts. A convenient free shuttle bus connects it to the centre of Loano.
The club card for daytime and evening entertainment with games, tournaments and shows for adults and children is included in the price.

A two-room apartment designed for 4 occupants, including infants and children, spanning around 35 m2. It features a double bedroom separated by a sliding door from the living room, which includes a concealed kitchenette and a double sofa bed. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a shower and a balcony furnished with a table and chairs.

Useful & General Info
• Check in from 5pm - please advise in case of late arrivals.
• Check out by 10:00 am.
• Late Check out (maximum by 7.00pm) subject to availability and only possible from approximately 01/03 to 30/06 and from 31/08 to 31/10, confirmable the day before the departure date with a supplement of €50.00 .
• Panoramic restaurant - pinseria "La Luna Rossa", open for dinner, a la carte menu, payment on the spot.
• Animals are not allowed.
• Mini market , bazaar from June to September.
• Beach service with special rates for guests, with payment on site subject to availability.
• Pools open approximately from June until the end of October. Guests can enjoy a semi-Olympic swimming pool, a swimming pool with children's area, a wavy infinity pool with waterfalls, a jacuzzi hot tub for 10 people; from October, at the discretion of the management, a swimming pool is partially covered.

The price includes
• Folding cot 0/1 year on request in the maximum number of people allowed, if requested at the time of booking.

• Shuttle bus, to and from the centre, from June to September at set times (the service could be temporarily suspended at the discretion of the Management based on the number of people).
• Club card for daytime and evening entertainment with games, tournaments and shows for adults and children from approximately the end of May to mid-September, included in the price (31-5/15-9).
• Mini club and junior club for ages 4 to 11 in the dedicated "Otto Kids Club" area with games, tournaments and shows from around the end of May to mid-September, included in the price (31-5/15-9).
• Free public parking , adjacent and unattended, subject to availability.

The fee does not include
• Garage on request at the time of booking, to be paid on site €10.00/night (deposit €30.00 per electronic key also required).
• Baby kit 0-3 years, on request in the maximum number of people allowed; includes cot with linen, bottle warmer, high chair, baby bath tub and changing table: €60.00 per week with payment on site.
• Laundromat .
• Comfort Service : €60.00 per week per apartment for the Two-room apartment for 4 people which includes tidying up and complete change of linen mid-week (excluding kitchenette + crockery).
• Comfort Plus Service : €180.00 per week per two-room apartment for 4 people which includes daily tidying up (excluding kitchenette + crockery) and complete change of linen 3 times a week.
• Package of 7 buffet breakfasts: €112.00 for adults, €56 for children aged 3/8 years.
• Package 7 buffet meals (lunch or dinner), water and wine included: approximately from 28/2 to 29/5 and from 11/9 to 31/10, €224.00 per adult, €112.00 per child 3 /8 years. Approximately from 30/05 to 10/09 €245.00 per adult and €245.00 per child.
• Single meal: adult breakfast €18.00, lunch €30.00, dinner €35.00. Children 3/8 years: breakfast €12.00, lunch €20.00, dinner €25.00 in agreement with the Management.
• Extra sunbed in the solarium can be rented and paid on site €8.00 per day; 2 extra sunbeds + umbrella €25.00 per day June-September; €30.00 per day in July and €35.00 for the month of August.
• Pool towel €4.00 per change, with deposit €10.00.

The Village requires payment of some deposits on site:
• €30.00 for the air conditioning remote control.
• €30.00 for the electronic garage key.
• €10.00 per rental pool towel and deposit for bicycles.
• The deposits will be returned upon departure by showing the invoice for their payment.
