Penthouse on two levels at 20 meters from the sea in the center of Loano

"Marcella und Domenico sind überaus freundliche Gastgeber!Das Penthouse befindet sich im Zentrum von Loano, in der Fußgängerzone erhält man alles, was man benötigt, Bäckerei, Metzgerei, Fischhandel, Obst undmit Fudi befindet sich in der Nähe ein City-Supermarkt. Hinter dem Anwesen sind die Badestrände am Corso Roma. Wir waren bei Bagni Marilena.Die untere Terrasse bietet einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer und den ligurischen "Erdbeermond". Aufgrund der zentralen Lage ist es zuweilen lebhaft.Parkplätze vor dem Haus am Corso Roma sind rar und zeitweise gebührenpflichtig. Es gibt einen Stellplatz Via Caselle. Man muss etwa 500m laufen.Es gibt keinen Aufzug, das Anwesen ist nicht barrierefrei, aber das Penthouse ist bestens ausgestattet: Spül- und Waschmaschine, Gasherd, Kühlschrank mitGefrierfach, Mikrowelle und Backofen, Küchenutensilien, 2 Bäder (1x Wanne/1x Dusche) mit Handtüchern, 2 Schlafzimmer mit Bettwäsche, TV (jedoch keine deutschen Kanäle).Bei TV empfiehlt sich Streaming über das starke WLAN. Wir waren zur Sommer-Hitzeperiode dort - trotz Lüftern wäre eine Klimaanlage wünschenswert gewesen.Und am Abreisetag muss man bitte ein "Gepäck-Management" machen, wer viel mitbringt, sollte am Vortag der Abreise teilweise beladen und den Rest am Abreisetag fußläufig transferieren. Ausflüge ins Centro Commerciale Le Serre Albenga, die dortige Ölmühle Sommariva, Alassio, aber auch Savona, San Remo bis Monaco oder Genua per Zug sind möglich.Ganz herzlichen Dank für alles!"

"The owners were absolutely wonderful people! The property was gorgeous. The rooms were ideal. The beds were comfortable. We were there because of the proximity to the hospital for my husband. The morning breakfast was beyond belief.! the best cream filled croissants I have ever had and the cappuccino was the best I’ve ever had as well. I definitely would recommend this charming place again and don’t forget to take your swimming suits because they have a wonderful swimming pool as well!!! Not only did we have wonderful accommodations. We made wonderful new friends as well.!!!"
