"I was not made aware by Expedia or the hotel before check in or booking for that matter that the hotel was under going a remodel. This meant amenities I was told were available like the pool, hot tub, or even ice machines were actually not. Rooms were okay but with old furniture and paint flecks on the floor giving a uncleaned appearance. The AC unit had mold growing on the vents as well. All can be supported with photo evidence. "

"This hotel should be closed for renovations, it’s filthy and undergoing a full refit. It’s a shame that brands like this don’t see the damage they do to themselves and their guests renting rooms in filth like this."
