"The staff was amazing at this property - always attentive and able to answer questions and provide what we needed. The rooms and property were very clean and peaceful. "Hotel has 12 cats. Also 3 dogs, but more importantly 12 cats :) Quiet oasis short walk away from noisy Mancora centre. Huge terrace to have breakfast, which was simple but filling. Rooms are spacious and air-conditioned, with comfortable bedding. Big shower cubicle. Staff is very responsive, my Spanish is not the greatest, so sometimes things got lost in translation, but we managed. Oh, did I mention that the hotel has 12 cats?"
