Ferienwohnung

Grosszügige Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Die Küche hat alles was man zum kochen braucht. Einzig die beiden Mattatzen des grossen Schlafzimmers sond sehr, sehr durchgelegen. Wohnjbg ist super gelegen für ÖV - 2 min zur Bushaltestelle für ins Valle Maggia und Richtung Arcegno, kein Auto nötig!

heisse Woche

Es war sehr heiss in dieser Woche und obwohl wir die Fenster im Dunkeln geöffnet hatten, konnte die Wohnung nicht gut abgekühlt werden. Zudem hatte es sehr viele Mücken. Schön wäre ein Schattenplatz im unbenutzten Garten und Liegestühle. Ansonsten war die Wohnung sehr sauber und wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

sehr saubere, einfach kleine Wohnung. Betten sind sehr gut, qualitativ gute Matratzen, hatte keine Rückenschmerzen. Ansprechsperson ist sehr freundlich udn rasch erreichbar. Wohnung liegt sehr gut, nahe Bus. Konnten alles mit öV machen.

Gute Unterkunft

Grundsätzlich ist die Unterkunft in Ordnung. Von der Buchung bis Abreise hat alles einwandfrei geklappt und die Wohnung ist sauber und mit allem Nötigen eingerichtet. Schlecht sind: - Die Matratzen sind durchgeschlafen und sollten längst erneuert werden. - Die Elektrik ist mangelhaft. Steckdosen fliegen teils fast aus der Wand, es scheint Wackelkontakt zu haben und es sind nicht mal beiden Nachttischlampen im Elternschlafzimmer angeschlossen, weil es zu wenige Steckdosen hat.

Alles was man braucht um einen Kurzurlaub zu geniessen. Blitzblank sauber, alles gut organisiert sowie nette Komunikation mit der Vermieterin. Ruhige Lage. Auch Locarno selbst ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Rundum zufrieden

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung, die Lage ist sehr gut, Bus und Zughaltestelle waren sehr nah. Leider war das Wetter nicht toll, daher war das Swisscom TV mit Replay Funktion toll. Super Angebot für eine Ferienwohnung. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen. Auch sehr ruhig zum Schlafen.

Wir kommen seit vielen Jahren in die gleiche Unterkunft, da sie sehr gut liegt, einigermassen ruhig ist und alles vorhanden ist, was wir für unsere Ferien benötigen (Kaffeemaschine, Terrasse, WLAN, TV, Radio und bequeme Betten.

Wir waren vom 27.6bis12.6.21 m casa Altofer in salduno.Die Wohnug war sehr sauber ,die Begegnung war sehr freundlich.wir waren sehr zufrieden und wurden wir gerne wieder gehen.

Joli lieu de séjour

Lieu tranquille, bien situé par rapport à nos désirs de promenades à pied et à vélo : différentes vallées à proximité d'accès, bords du lac et de la Maggia. Circulation éloignée, pas de chiens dans les environs ni d'aboiements intempestifs. Un lieu agréable.

Eenvoudig huisje voor 4 personen, lekker dicht bij de rivier. Er waren wel ontzettend veel muggen, een klamboe was fijn geweest. Ook mieren waren er erg veel, door het hele huis heen. Pluspunt was dat alle keukenapparatuur nieuw was.

Dank der Renovation hat die Wohnung viel an Qualität gewonnen. Wir fühlten uns wohl, hatten Freude an den sauberen Räumen und der neuen Kaffeemaschine. Sinnvoll wäre noch eine Bedienungsanleitung für den TV Anlage, da nirgends erwähnt war, auf welchem Kanal die Swisscom Box mit dem Fernseher vernetzt ist.

Mieux que l'annonce ;o)

Appartement très agréable avec sa terrasse et l'accès au jardin. Le quartier est calme et près des commerces et de la rivière où les promenades à l'ombre des arbres sont très agréables. Très pratique avec des enfants.
