Loch of Clunie

When we arrived at the hotel, there were no rooms even though we had a confirmation from Expedia. I’m currently working to have the fees refunded.

Sadly the staff at reception were rather rude, and parking system was not adequately explained, for instance, we discovered later we had to pay £10 through a QR code and we could park for free only for a limited time. Although the room was clean, it really needed maintenance: the toilet flush made a very loud, unpleasant noise (honestly, it sounded like a ship’s siren!) and also the tap wasn’t working properly either. Despite being listed in the description, the sei-Fi was non-existent, and when asked about it, staff offered poor excuses. Breakfast was ok and staff members there were friendly. The Spa was good, although some walls are in need of maintenance; the same applies to the changing rooms, as some lockers do not close.
