"Very disappointed in room. Needs updating. Mattress was not good. Basic amenities for the price. Floor was very noisy. Room was not ready on arrival. Light not working in bathroom. No power points at bed head."

I stayed in a single room - which was shall we say understandably small but it was comfortable enough. Dinner was nice. Great staff service. "The room was fine, but marks on the walls and cracks in the paintwork made it feel a little dirty and old. The room was a long way from reception, up stairs (there is no lift). There was a small bathroom with a basic shower and mini shampoo/body wash. There was a little TV with standard channels, wifi, and a kettle. The reception area is much more basic than in the photos. There are a few spots to park out the front. "
