A beautiful historic trullo with charming architecture and stone interiors, offering 180 square metres of space that comfortably accommodates 5 people, with two bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a large backyard garden featuring an outdoor dining area and sofas for relaxing. The property is located on the outskirts of Locorotondo, where you can enjoy a completely relaxing holiday while exploring the surrounding area by car, and overlooks a small square equipped with a hammock, a playground, and benches. Street parking is free.



The 180-square-meter property is located on the ground floor of a trulli complex: please note that there are internal steps leading to bedrooms I and II, plus two steps to access the garden.



The interior layout is as follows:

- KITCHENETTE equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, dishwasher, and conventional oven

- DINING AREA with a dining table

- LIVING AREA with sofas and a TV

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, a single bed, TV, chest of drawers, built-in closet, and en suite bathroom (one step to access it) equipped with a toilet and bidet

- BEDROOM III (loft-style, accessed via a staircase from the dining area) with two single beds and a chest of drawers

- BATHROOM equipped with a toilet, bidet, and shower.



The spacious garden features a dining area with a table and 8 chairs (shaded by a large, centuries-old tree), as well as tables, chairs, a small seating area, and lounge chairs.

PLEASE NOTE: There is an outdoor staircase leading to the roof; please exercise caution if travelling with small children.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, fan, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).
