La maison n a aucune VMC. Une forte odeur de moisi qui persiste même quant on aére. On dirait que les propriétaires sont décédés et que seuls leurs vêtements ont été enlevés. Donc maison très encombrée. Sale, seul les locataires doivent faire le ménage. Pour finir la baie vitrée ne s ouvre pas.Ils faut désencombrer, poser des VMC, réparer et nettoyer à fond pour que cette location soit viable.

Maison à assainir !

Nous avons quitté cette location au bout d'un jour, car l'ensemble est en mauvais état.Le problème majeur est l'odeur de moisi jusque dans les matelas.La baie vitrée est inutilisable (fait survenu soi-disant récemment), un certain nombre de meubles sont délabrés. Des étagères chargées de livres menacent de tomber sur un lit.Il y a bcp de poussière un peu partout, surtout sous les lits et diverses surfaces.

Gros problèmes de propreté !!! Pas de lave linge, ni de wifi. Pas de parasol ni de télécommande pour la télévision. Aucune pression pour la douche.
