The location is within minutes to all of the Hocking Hills attractions but sits atop 27 private acres where you can enjoy the property without any distractions. The best home our family has stayed in for a getaway, it had everything we needed.

Plenty of bedrooms for everyone. A huge living room where we could all hang out. A kitchen table large enough for all of us to eat together. The movie theater room was so much fun. Plenty of spaces for people to get away by themselves for a bit if needed. It was perfect for our family weekend.

Hello, This is our second year using this property for our annual Mens Retreat. The house is spacious and offers a lot of room for us to spread and enjoy a weekend of rest. The outdoor fire pit area is awesome, the hot is stellar! If the following could be fixed, it would have elevated our experience and made the price for the two nights more worth it: There was only one busted up ping pong paddle, the basement bathroom sink didn't drain, couches are shot, no pickleballs to go with the net, dvd/Blu-ray player power cord was broke so couldn't watch movies, the front couch in the movie theater room had a broken pullout.
