"We were first put in a room that had not been cleaned. I asked for a refund and they refused. They put us in another room that smelled awful. The room felt dirty. The shower head did not work properly. Overall, the room was nasty. I went to the lobby the next morning and the supposed “buffet” breakfast consisted of nothing more than cereal and waffles. We ate elsewhere. I don’t know how this gets an 8.8 rating. I would rate it a 1. It’s probably the worse hotel I’ve stayed in. I would NOT recommend this. "

"QUALITY? First, the room had not been cleaned! There was a clump of hair still on the bathtub. The carpet had not been vacuumed, though it did appear to have clean sheets and towels! The electrical plug beside the bed was very loose and had a short in it! Both sides of the bed were plugged into a surge protector. Safety hazard. Plus the fridge and the TV were also plugged into a surge protector! The Swimming pool was still empty! The breakfast consisted of toast, oatmeal and waffles. No juices or coffee!!! They said the truck had not delivered yet. We had to sign in to the breakfast area! We stayed one night and will not return!!"

"I always check reviews before booking while traveling. So many reviews were positive for cleanliness and this was cheap so I booked it… unfortunately. The only things that were clean were the beds. The bathroom walls, floor and door looked like someone had Taco Bell for dinner and couldn’t make it to the toilet. There were a ton of dead bugs next to the bed. The lampshade looked like someone wiped nasty fingers all over it. There are 2 doors into the room - 1 going outside, the other into a corridor (we stayed in the second building) and neither door had a functional bolt lock, only the main lock. If we weren’t exhausted from traveling I would have gotten a refund and went somewhere else. A refund would still be nice but I’m not holding breath. "
