We rent an enchanting villa w / 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, spacious living room, private garden on two levels and a unique sea view. All rooms are beautifully appointed and equipped with air conditioning & wi-fi.

The SPACE
The villa is built on two floors.

The UPPER FLOOR includes:
1. Panoramic Patio - w / extendable 8 seater garden table, next to a sun deck w / 2 sun loungers, a large sun umbrella and a BBQ station
2. Spacious Living Room - w / wooden dining table, 3-seat sofa bed, 52-inch TV w / domestic and international channels, and large cabinet w / dinnerware and glassware sets
3. Modern Kitchen - w / professional appliances, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee machine, blender, oven, and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal
4. Bathroom - w / walk-in shower, hairdryer and towels

The LOWER FLOOR includes:
1. Master Bedroom - w / king size bed, bunk bed and 2 wardrobes
2. Second Bedroom - w / king size bed and large wardrobe
3. Bathroom - w / walk-in shower and towels (on request)
4. Laundry Room - equipped with a washing machine

Tolle Aussicht

Die besten Punkte: fantastische Aussicht zur Isola Tavolara, professionelle Organisation/CheckIn/Problemlösung durch Paolo & Roberta, Parkplatz am Haus, Aussendusche, Grill. Zu verbessern: sehr unbequeme (!) Terrassenstühle, Türe Geschirrspüler verzogen, zu enge Duschen, Müllentsorgung (man muss den Stinkemüll selbst zur Sammelstation fahren).

Bellissima esperienza

La casa è stata di nostro gusto sin da subito. Ampia, spaziosa e con una vista eccezionale tanto da ipnotizzarti ogni giorno mentre fai colazione, pranzo o cena dal patio che guarda sull'isola di Tavolata. In macchina poi 10 minuti e sei a Porto San Paolo e in tutte le spiagge più vicine. Massimiliano l'host è gentilissimo e premuroso. All'arrivo siamo stati accolti da due professionisti dell'host service, Paolo e Roberta. Un'esperienza unica da rifare quanto prima. Raffaele Chiodin e famiglia

-Car necessary -Information left in accommodation about refuse disposal would have saved me time and angst, the area refuse was to be left in was a walk away and the floor littered with broken glass and we were texted ++ requesting we emptied bins -Bed linen was limited left one double and one single in accommodation with 2 double beds and bunks we were 2 adults who were not in a relationship - a bottle of wine was left one day, I would have appreciated some soap / hand wash available on arrival to wash hands

La villa è davvero fantastica, sia per la posizione sia per com'è strutturata. La vista dalla villa è mozzafiato, in più è possibile ammirare il panorama non solo dal giardino ma anche dall'interno della casa. I dettagli sono ricercati e l'arredamento della villa è praticamente nuovissimo e ben tenuto. Inoltre la casa ha un bellissimo giardino, con alcune camere che affacciano direttamente sullo stesso. Massimiliano è stato un host gentile e disponibile, ci ha anche dato la possibilità di fare il check-in nel tardo pomeriggio. In definitiva raccomando tantissimo questa villa per trascorrere alcuni giorni in una delle località turistiche più bella della Sardegna.

Unique Location in the Marine Reserve with Great View

The villa is truly astonishing with a crazy view on the Tavolara island and close to all the most beautiful white sand beaches in the marine reserve. I really enjoyed the nice patio overlooking the garden and the opportunity to eat outside. The rooms were clean, each had air-con, and Max has been a great host. My experience was definitely beyond expectations.

Soggiorno stupendo e vista unica

Ho trascorso un soggiorno incantevole nella villa di Max. La struttura è molto bella, ben organizzata ed arredata con gusto. Svegliarsi e fare colazione in veranda con vista Tavolara è stato un sogno - sicuramente il plus di questa location. La zona è ben abitata, mi ha colpito molto il silenzio e la tranquillità. Tornerò sicuramente!
