Third HOLIDAY HOUSE at the Danish Wieck

This house was once used as Tagelöhnerkate and lovingly renovated in 2019.
The old and cozy character of the house could be preserved and so this wonderful object captivates by its framework, the largely preserved bricks and its thatched roof.

The house can accommodate 2 adults. An extra bed for up to 2 more people in the living room is possible. If that's not enough, you can book the neighboring houses (No. 46A: 4 adults + 2 children & Nr 46D: 2 adults + dog) for friends and family.
Ludwigsburg is located directly on the "Danish Wieck" and houses one of the last estate of the Pomeranian Dukes. Just 300 meters from the holiday home Schloss Ludwigsburg invites you to linger with its historic park and its old trees. The natural beach, in the middle of the nature reserve, is only about 1 km away and offers great relaxation away from mass tourism. Here your children can play and swim in shallow water.

Immediately in front of the house runs the European Baltic Cycle Route which leads you on the one hand to Greifswald with its monastery ruin (11 km), the fishing village Wieck (12 km) and the city center (15 km) along with Museumshafen. Take the other direction, enjoy the vast natural landscape of Western Pomerania and pass on your way to Usedom u. a. the seaside resort of Lubmin (9 km), the fishing village of Freest, the marina Kröslin and the duchy of Wolgast.

Who is looking for peace and relaxation, comes in this virtually unspoilt stretch of coast at his expense. Experience gentle tourism in the midst of enchanting landscapes.

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Wunderschöner Strand in 3 km Entfernung (Strandparkplatz in 2,5 km, Tageskarte 5, sehr angenehm). Wir hatten einen schönen und entspannten Urlaub. Die Fahrräder gehörten leider nicht zur Wohnung, so dass die Nutzungsmöglichkeiten begrenzt waren.

Alles war wie beschrieben der Hausverwalter war super nett konnten sogar früher ins Haus ohne Probleme rundherum ein gelungener Kurz Urlaub haben noch Restaurant Tips vom Vermieter bekommen wo man an denn Weihnachtsfeiertagen Gut Essen gehen kann hat alles gut geklappt können wir zu 100% weiterempfehlen Ps.Hund war willkommen

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Es ist wunderbar ruhig, und man kann sehr schön spazieren gehen. Einziger Nachteil ist die Entfernung zum nächsten Bäcker bzw. Einkauf (9 km Lubmin).

Gemütlich und gut gelegen

Eine geräumige und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit schönem Garten und Grill sowie Fahrrädern zum Erkunden der Ortschaft. Wir konnten hier ein paar entspannte Tage genießen und bei Bedarf gibt es einen sehr hilfsbereiten Hausmeister in der Nähe. Es ist nicht weit bis zum Wasser bzw. zu den bekannten Ostseebädern, so dass die Abwechslung auch nicht zu kurz kommt. Nebenan gibt es eine weitere Wohnung, so dass man auch gut - wie wir - mit weiteren Mitreisenden (+ Hund) urlauben kann.

Wir haben unsere Zeit hier sehr genossen. Die Ruhe und die Gegend laden zu ausgedehnten Fahrradtouren oder Pausen am Strand ein. Das Haus hat uns super gefallen. Hier fehlte es an nichts! Sehr gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Netter Eigentümer und Hausverwalter! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein Traum

Hier ist einfach alles perfekt. Entspannter CheckIn, eine wundervolle FeWo mit Sauna, gemütlichem Wohnbereich und einer perfekt ausgestatteten Küche (in der es einfach an nicht's fehlt). Auch der Kontakt mit dem Hausmeister und Vermieter war unglaublich freundlich. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Schade das wir nur eine Woche Zeit hatten. Weiter so, wir werden Euch definitiv unseren Freunden und Bekannten empfehlen :)

Wunderschönes Haus mit Rieddach

Wir sind vom Objektbetreuer sehr freundlich empfangen worden und er war zu jeder Zeit zu erreichen. Das Haus war für uns perfekt. Das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat, war die Terrasse, welche mit Kopfstein gepflastert war.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, perfekt ausgestattet!

Die Ferienwohnung ist ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. DieTerrasse und der große Garten im Hintergrund trugen zu unserer Erholung bei. Der Kontakt zum freundlichen Hausmeister war erfreulich persönlich, so dass wir uns gleich heimisch fühlten.
