Luxury Villa Sea Palace with swimming pool is located by the sea in the small village Lokva Rogoznica, 10 m away from the beach and 7 km from the center of Omis.

Property of Luxury Villa Sea Palace extends to 600 m2, and its residential part occupies an area of 330 m2, while the villa itself is spread over three floors: ground floor, first floor and second floor and is suitable for comfortable accommodation of up to 8 people.

The exterior of the Luxury Villa Sea Palace extends over several floors, from the beach itself to the entrance to the villa. It is full of Mediterranean plants and guests can enjoy in outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers.

On the ground floor of the villa there is spacious, modern living room with comfortable sofas, LCD TV, fireplace and a dining table. There is also a fully equipped professional kitchen on this floor. On the ground floor there is also one guest’s bathroom with shower. For complete enjoyment and relaxation, guests have access to a separate wellness area with an indoor hot tub, sauna, gym and one additional bathroom with shower.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms: master bedroom with king size bed, sofa and en suite bathroom with bath. Master bedroom has authentic tower with perfect sea view. The second bedroom on the first floor has queen size bed en suite bathroom with bath.

On the second floor, there are two bedrooms with shared bathroom with bath. First of bedrooms has queen bed, authentic tower and a terrace with sea view. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. On this floor there is also home office.
