I booked through Expedia. When I signed on through the Mgm website to look at my reservation and check in, I was offered an upgrade and a certain amount charged per night for this upgrade, when I checked out, i was told the nightly rate was over 250 a night and because I booked through third party expedia I couldn’t see real price and they couldn’t do anything about it. Service was terrible when I called front desk the lady made me feel like I was lying about what I saw online and if I had proof to confirm the real price I thought I would be charged. The room was subpar. Not as great as the pictures, not really a studio. Not worth the price. Bathroom toilet was old and was missing the hinge covers. Loved this casino but not the stay when I am a local and was trying to have my friends from out of town have a great experience. My mgm parking rewards never worked when I tried to use it.

One staff memeber was not friendly or helpfuk during my stay..
Fridge was filled with snacks great.. but would have likes room for my own things.
Overall lovely place to stay, eat and gamble.

The hotel is perfect if you want to visit without passing through a casino. Good food available from the lobby 24/7. Generally clean, professional staff, great views when facing the stratosphere direction. I will not hesitate to book again.
