"The hotel is very cool. The room was very spacious, quiet and had a great view. The breakfast on the terrace was wonderful and the staff was friendly and very helpful. Being able to park our car was definitely convenient. The location is great, it gave us the opportunity to see the city as we walk to the touristic area"

Walking to the beach is such a treat with such beautiful views, and a genuinely unique energy/pace in the community. "The view of the Bay/water front was beautiful. But if you were looking for the beach you need to go further up or down the coast. The hotel is clean, staff very friendly and the breakfast was more than just coffee & bread. You had fruit, egg, sausage, pastries and so much more to eat. This area was very walkable. As you walked the city the dining options were plentiful from Pizza to Chinese to local dining. Public transportation was easily found. The only disappointing aspect of the city was the Graffiti that was everywhere. But we enjoyed our time in Valparaiso. "

"I cannot recommend this beautiful hotel and property enough! The pictures do not do it justice. What a gorgeous slice of paradise Don Rodrigo and his lovely wife have created. The staff and grounds crew are amazing! The pools (outdoor and indoor), wood fired hot tubs, saunas, restaurant, gardens, rooms, the hiking trails behind the hotel, the wine tasting in Casablanca Valley, love, love, love!! Do not hesitate to book your stay here. You will be totally satisfied! Looking forward to staying here again on our next visit to Chile and the Casablanca Valley"
