"The hotel is a great location if you're staying in the downtown area. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was attentive and helpful. I would stay there again, if not for elevators not working at times, and non-valet parking being 2 blocks away from the hotel. Valet parking is convenient the rare times it's available, but ridiculously expensive, and the lot is always full."

"The location of this hotel is incredible, and the amenities were great (very nice gym, pool, etc…all in good order). A few frustrations with our stay, housekeeping didn’t visit at all 2 of the 4 days we were there and we needed to contact the desk for towels etc… Also the street noise was VERY loud at night, especially on weekend nights. Highly recommend earplugs to sleep with. Staff were all nice and friendly. Although there were staff in the lobby trying to stop and sell everyone some sort of Hilton timeshare (that was kind of annoying). We will be happy to stay again, but will bring earplugs (and better pillows) for our next stay."

"The hotel is literally located in the center of O’hare airport. You can pretty much get off or get on at either terminals 1, 2, or 3. We got a room upgrade too and that was cool. We had a nice and comfortable stay. I definitely recommend this hotel."
