"B&B Ca' Viro was a truly great find. We arrived by bus (from Sondrio train station) which dropped us right outside the front door - all for the measly sum of €2 each. Our room was wonderful and better than expected. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was excellent. The grounds are a sight to see and our room was only 50 metres from a path along the river which provided some great walks. Breakfast the nect morning was amazing!! "A beautiful and tranquil b&b. The hosts were so helpful and friendly. It is very hard to get to by public transport if you are hoping to explore lake como but we were picked up from the station and lent bicycles for our stay which was so helpful and made a really nice addition to our holiday (we definitely felt silly for not researching the transport enough before). We will definitely come back! "

"I did not understand when I made the reservation that this is a traditional condo divided into 2 bedroom set ups for rentals. One master ensuite, and 2 bedrooms that use the bathroom in the hallway, which can be awkward. The living room area is shared, as is the kitchen, but guests are not allowed to use the kitchen. "We stayed at Cà Rossa for a week. For my wife and I, Cá Rossa was the perfect resort and Claudia and Isaac the best host couple imaginable. The hospitality was unique and we got a lot of recommendations for fantastic walks in Valtellina's vineyards, restaurants, etc. The breakfast, cleaning and the service we experienced was extraordinary. "Absolutely loved this accomodation! Had everything we needed. Milk , cereal, juices , bread , biscuits . There was microwave to use . We had room to park the car too. Good location for walking to see sights , and very close to Swiss border. Restaurants , pharmacy and supermarkets nearby . And also close to bike and walking trail along the river ."
