I enjoyesd my stay the only downside is that the room is not serviced the American way i stayed in room 208 it can get noisy the weekend from guest from the restaurant smoking outside the window all problems that inhad was handle right away or next business day

We stayed in the palm room it was really lovely! Very clean, great amenities, comfortable and cute design. Easy check in and out great atmosphere. Would go again.

Super quiet and clean

We had an excellent stay and couldn’t be more impressed. The hotel was exceptionally clean from top to bottom—our room was spotless and well-maintained, which made our stay feel comfortable and relaxing from the moment we arrived. The service truly stood out. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help, always greeting us with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed. A big highlight was the breakfast. It was free, well organized, and surprisingly delicious, with a great variety of fresh options to start the day. It exceeded our expectations and added real value to our stay. We also appreciated how dog-friendly the hotel is. Our pet was warmly welcomed, and it was clear that the hotel genuinely accommodates guests travelling with dogs, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding cleanliness, excellent service, a great complimentary breakfast, and a truly pet-friendly environment. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay.

The room was the low point of the trip. I attended a wedding for one night and stayed in a queen suite. By the time we were ready for bed, the pull out sofa had no sheets in the room and when we pulled the sheets off the bed, there were stains on the underside of the sheets. It was already 2 am and we did not think to call someone. The room needs to be updated especially if they are charging over 350/night. The bed was not comfortable as you could feel the springs in your back. Spa looked great. Rest of hotel was very clean. The restaurant was a highlight as the employees were welcoming .
