The hospitality was superb. The decor was lovely very stylish. I loved that we were in an area that was accessible to public transportation. I was able to jump on the bus and go to grand Villa and Plaza de España. There was a local market down the street where in case you want to buy water and fruit and yogurt and just necessities that you may want in your room I highly recommend the hotel when we go back to Madrid I will be staying there.

Ubicación, limpieza, comodidad, y decoración muy buenas. El Staff muy atentos y dispuestos a solucionar cualquier consulta. Lo mejor el Buffet de desayuno y el personal que lo atiende.

El hotel necesita bastante renovación ya que es bastante viejo. El espacio de la habitación está ok pero necesitan poner colchones más cómodos. Ese día le estaban haciendo mantenimiento al agua y cuando me fui a bañar el agua salió amarilla hasta que la dejé correr hasta que se aclarara.
