"Unterkunft war sehr spartanisch. Viel einfacher als auf den Bildern. Abgelegen. Außenfassade herunter gekommen. Kommunikation äußert schlecht. Reinigungsgebühr wurde doppelt berechnet. 3 mal vertröstet, dass das Geld innerhalb einer Woche nach Check-Out zurück gezahlt wird. Bis jetzt immer noch nichts zurück bekommen. Anfragen werden ignoriert. Nie wieder."

"Pros: Sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und genau wie auf den Bildern. Zur Stadt Lonato sind es nur ein paar Autominuten. Auch zum Gardasee ist es nicht weit. Der Besitzer ist auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Cons: Das Bett ist leider etwas klein und sehr unbequem. Eine dickere Matratze wäre eine gute Investition :-)"

"Die Wohnung musste 2 x am Boden aufgewischt werden. Beides Mal war der Wassereimer stark verschmutzt. Die Deckenleuchte war stark befallen mit abgestorbenen Fliegen. Die Dusche war verschmutzt und musste ebenfalls von uns gereinigt werden. Die Gebäudeeingangstüre (nicht Wohnungstüre) konnte nicht verriegelt werden, da seit Monaten defekt lt. "Pros: Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Jederzeit erreichbar. Alles lief reibungslos bei der Schlüsselübergabe bei Anreise und Abreise. Ausstattung der Wohnung war top, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Viel Platz Cons: Unterkunft war außerhalb der Ortschaft, man musste immer das Auto nehmen. Wer die Ruhe liebt ist da aber genau richtig. Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit in direkter Nähe. Ich vermute, im Sommer ist es in der Ferienwohnung sehr warm, da durch das Terrassendach die Luft steht."

"Good location and friendly staff, especially Andrea on the bar. Breakfast was good quality and good variety. Pool is good. Room and bathroom had been refurbished. Beds were on the firmer side. Great location, with beaches and bars within 5 to 10 mins walk. Supermarket and Pharmacy similar distance. Bus to Sirmione Historical Centre was convenient. Though, the schedule did not prove the most reliable. Parking worked reasonably well, the underground car park is tight for large vehicles. We always managed to park on or, near the property. Our in room safe broke, 3 days into a 7 day stay. Staff tried to help, but couldn't fix. In room fridge didn't work, which would have been helpful for cold water. We really enjoyed our stay and would consider returning to this hotel."
