Great hotel: location, view from the room, old style villa. very friendly und guest oriented personal!

Room v. Clean ,wounderfull veiw toof lake from high mountin excelent all staff ,excellent arab staff mainly very nice rozana reception's staff ,frindly ,helpfull .. I advice for it ,

Luxury! The suite was beautiful and comfortable. Our patio had a gorgeous view of the lake and city. I would have loved to stay longer. Aside from being fairly near the train station and the Italian restaurant across the way, there isn't much nearby. We did hike the trail behind the hotel to the top of the mountain, and that was lovely. The receptionist was very helpful in coordinating and explaining our transit options to Lake Como.

Reception area was spacious with seating areas indoors and outdoors. The huge breakfast room was well-laid out and had many various options, and it had very efficient staff. There are two elevators that are larger than some other European hotels. The room was spacious, very clean, and the bathroom, also. The only negatives for us were the lighting in the bathroom is not adequate for viewing yourself in the mirror. There is a magnifying mirror on the wall, but the light above the sink is poor. There is a hair dryer but it constantly shuts itself off after only a couple minutes. Then you have to wait until it will work again. Our refrigerator was inoperable, but we didn’t need it and reported it to the main desk. The reception staff was outstanding! They gave us so many directions and explanations and restaurant suggestions that they made our experience in Paradiso memorable.
