"The staff are phenomenal. But the hotel is next to a building site and they start early, not the hotel’s fault, but had I known before I booked I wouldn’t have booked. They moved us to a quieter room, but had the hotel been full it would have been tough, could not have asked for better service, the staff are amazing. Breakfast is superb and exceptionally clean."

"The stay at Admiral Hotel Villa Erme was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. The rooms were spotless. The beds were especially comfortable, making it easy to rest well after a long day exploring the area. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast. There was a great variety of fresh and high-quality options, and everything was well prepared. The pool area was also fantastic, very relaxing. "The menu is poor; there are no fresh fruit options, and the coffee machine is average, resulting in subpar coffee. The non-meat option is lacking.at option is lacking. If you need additional napkins, you should ask the waiter I would expect better from 4-star hotel"

"Well before you check in make sure you drive as it’s a treck to go to centre very limited public transport and 20min ruffly ride in taxi will cost you 25 euros. Also was disappointed that no restaurant or bar within facilities as they were closed due to Italy holidays. That wasn’t mentioned after I booked. My room was spacious and clean. They only provide water no coffee or tea as that classed as a lodge. The socket in a bedroom to charge not working as it wouldn’t fit inside had to charge my phone in bathroom where’s hairdryer. Lady Camilla is lovely although I thought someone be always at the property to greet any time. But again due to Holliday they aren’t there so had to wait. The shower chain needs to be changed as looks too tired. Also there no need two beds in room as I managed to injure myself. Air conditioning it’s not good never cool enough. Apart of that lady was helpful and did showed me and guided me where was what."
